Free shipping across India

Shipping is free on every order, to every serviceable PIN code in India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

Delivery time

All orders are delivered in 5–7 working days.
This applies to both prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be longer because of courier delays, weather, festivals or remote locations.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most PIN codes across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before we ship it.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp and email so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Hygiene-sealed packing

Every hairdidi.com piece is packed fresh and sealed. It is never tried on or worn by anyone before it reaches you.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your name, full address, PIN code and phone number before placing your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
