These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or buys from hairdidi.com, operated by Jai Narayan Vijay (Proprietor), 56, Set Bharti Compound, Kumhar Toli Road, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002, India. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products
Our products are made from 100% human hair. Because every piece is natural hair, its shade, texture and volume may differ slightly from the photos. Colours may also look different on different screens. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but we do not promise that every description or image is error-free.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. We accept prepaid payments through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. A discount code can be used only as per its stated terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, the COD order could not be confirmed, or the order looks fraudulent. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to hack it, placing fake orders, posting false reviews or copying its content. All text, photos, videos, logos and designs on hairdidi.com belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Reviews and messages
When you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them on our website and social media. Please do not post anything false, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

8. Product use
Use our products as described. Do a small patch test if you have a sensitive scalp, and stop using a product if it causes discomfort. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat styling, chemical treatment or misuse.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

10. Third-party services
Payments, deliveries and some site features are provided by third parties. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
