Shipping Policy
We ship across India, free of charge, and deliver in 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order, to every serviceable PIN code in India. There are no extra delivery charges at checkout. We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery takes 5–7 working days from the date of your order, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.
- Delivery times are estimates. They can be longer because of courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes or remote locations.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most PIN codes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm a COD order before we ship it; unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Hygiene-sealed packing
Every hairdidi.com piece is packed fresh and sealed. It is never tried on or worn by anyone before it reaches you.
Delivery attempts and address
Please check your name, full address, PIN code and phone number before placing your order. Our courier partners usually make more than one delivery attempt, and some deliveries need an OTP.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number, a missed OTP or a refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If the outer packet looks damaged or opened, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and email us at supporthairdidi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
